I have these in all my First Aid kits, and they come in a nice compact size perfect to be tucked away and not taking up too much space in your bags. Once they are unfolded, they are pretty big to cover an average size adult, but a second one may be needed for a very tall person so carrying two in your kit is best.They definitely hold in the body's heat, good quality and does not tear easily making it perfect to use not only as a blanket but also to wrap over the shoulders if needed.Read more

I started a emergency kit for my car this year. I need to emergency blankets for one of my first purchases because I live near the mountains and they could be useful if caught in the snow.
