I got this tactical staff because it was on sale, and I have recently become fond of hiking trails. It is perfect, and it makes me feel safe on some of trails that I traverse. The grip can be difficult if your palms are sweaty, but it's not too bad. The stick is a bit heavy, but that it to be expected considering the number of accessories that it comes with.
